About the Role

This role will sit under the Visual Merchandising Team, focusing on brand experiences through retail interiors, store windows, showrooms, and special projects. As we continue to build out our brand strategy for retail creative, this role will be an important piece of that strategy as we work to elevate the store experience. The focus of this role will be to building out creative briefs for store installation and brand moments starting from concepting, 3D Modeling, to final execution.

The ideal candidate has not only technical 2D/3D design skills, but a true passion for design, fashion, and branding. They can collaborate cross functionally and approach commercial spaces with a thoughtful and aesthetic eye.

What You'll Do

Concept Development

  • Partnering with Sr. manager in research and ideating design concepts for retail elevations through mood boards, 2D & 3D rendering of store interiors and windows.
  • Close connection with brand marketing concept and ability to build out creative briefs for retail environments within the brand scope. 
  • Providing ideas across materiality and layout through development to fabrication.

 Spatial Planning and Design

  • Creating layouts for retail interiors and windows, including fixtures, mannequins, clothing, props, and marketing collateral.
  • Site surveys of various retail spaces to understand feasibility in concept.

Sourcing / Production

  • Producing detailed plans, files and layouts for vendor production and fabrication.
  • Partnering with and overseeing technical drawings/plans to execute design and scalable activations
  • Sourcing materials for sampling and production.

Who You Are

SKILLS:

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Project Management Skills.  Ability to be agile in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
  • Technical skills of 3D & 2D design.  Proficiency in design soft wear such as SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Technical knowledge of production, build out, and materiality
  • An eye for aesthetics in functional spaces and the ability to story tell through mood boards. 
  • Specific interest in fashion, branding, retail experience, and interior design 
  • Attention to detail

Salary Range: $93,700 - $121,800 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
