That’s why the company is launching Wish List, an online tool that allows you and your loved ones to create a list of most-wanted items from across five of the company’s brands: Gap, Banana Republic & Banana Republic Factory Store, Old Navy, Athleta and Piperlime.
Wish List helps you mix and match your favorite styles for any occasion and at any price point – curating stylish looks from some of the world’s most loved brands. And, during the chaos of the holiday season, you can easily share your Wish List with loved ones via Twitter, Facebook or email. This takes the guess work out of knowing what friends and family are coveting this holiday.

Shoppers in the U.S. can add up to thirty items – across a mix of the brands – to their Wish List while shopping online at each brand’s respective e-commerce site or mobile site.
Shop on the Go
Gap Inc. is making it easier than ever to shop on the go this holiday season with recently enhanced mobile experiences. This includes more outfitting ideas than ever, all visually displayed to fit your smartphone, as well as easier navigation, search and checkout capabilities to help you quickly find and buy that perfect gift.
And, when you step into more than 1,100 Gap, Gap Factory, Banana Republic & Banana Republic Factory Stores, Old Navy and Athleta U.S. stores this holiday season, you will now find free Wifi available for your use. Now, you can just take out your smartphone and shop straight from the fitting room, browse customer reviews or just jump online for fun. It’s now easier to access with free customer Wifi.
Reserve in Store
Need some help as you run about town picking up gifts for everyone on your list? Reserve in Store takes the stress out of shopping and makes it easy to shop online, place your favorite items on hold with the click of a button and have them waiting for you at the local store of your choice. Customers can reserve up to five items per day and have them held in a convenient area of the selected store until the close of the next business day.
The service is currently available to customers in all Gap and Banana Republic stores across the U.S. and – just in time for Black Friday weekend – Reserve in Store will be available in most Athleta stores starting later this week.
Order in Store
Ever find yourself wishing for a different color, size or style combination when shopping in stores? Or wish you could buy must-have-limited-edition items that aren’t in your local store? Just in time for the holidays, Gap Inc. is rolling out its unique Order in Store service across about 1,000 U.S. Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy and Athleta stores.
With Order in Store, select store associates are armed with mobile devices and can instantly assist you in ordering exactly what you want – all with the touch of a button. No need to ask store associates to call different stores searching for the items you want, search online for your items later or travel from store to store– you never have to go home empty handed, regardless of where you live or where you’re shipping.
Last Minute Shopping Tips
Shopping tip – if you’re buying items on people’s Wish Lists, use Reserve in Store for easy pick up! Or, easily buy Wish List items online and have the items shipped directly to the recipient. And, don’t forget, both are in the palm of your hand – create a Wish List and reserve store items while on the go directly from your smartphone.
