About the Role
The Senior Brand Marketing Manager, Partnerships & Collaborations will lead strategic Old Navy brand partnerships and collaboration initiatives that drive brand affinity, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role is responsible for supporting high-impact collaborations with brands, designers, celebrities, and cultural tastemakers that align with our brand positioning and business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle marketing, with a strong track record of executing successful partnerships and collaborations.
What You'll Do
- Partnership Strategy & Development: Help to develop a comprehensive partnerships and collaborations strategy that enhances brand perception and drives cultural relevance.
- Collaboration Management: Act as the Marketing main point of contact for the end-to-end partnerships process, from sourcing and negotiation to execution and post-launch analysis.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with internal teams—including design, merchandising, creative, PR, digital, and social—to ensure seamless execution of collaboration launches.
- Marketing & Storytelling: Develop compelling marketing campaigns and storytelling strategies to amplify collaborations across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Budget & Performance Management: Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and report on the impact of collaborations in driving brand and business growth.
- Industry & Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging brands, cultural movements, and competitor collaborations to inform strategy.
Who You Are
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, or collaborations within fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven track record of executing successful brand partnerships and collaborations.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from ideation to execution.
- Strong understanding of social-first marketing and how to engage digital-first consumers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for fashion, culture, and innovation.

Salary Range: $144,200 - $191,100 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
