About the Role
This position is responsible for the executional quality of approved marketing and promotional content in email and on the website. This candidate will be fluent in QA processes and will advocate for flawless execution. The Gap Factory Digital Production team is the first line of defense for tool issues and engages technical & product support partners to drive timely resolutions to minimize any impact to daily operations.
What You'll Do
- Review email proofs for accuracy of the overall customer experience.
- Track, test, perform Quality Assurance, route and approve all emails before deployment.
- Manage translation pipeline for necessary assets.
- Work closely with team members to understand timelines and schedules. Maintain daily and weekly schedule of tasks to deliver on time and effectively meet deadlines.
- Respond quickly to changes in scope or project schedule and keep business partners, vendors, and management notified of progress and/or deviation from project schedule (deliverables, milestone dates, resources, etc.).
- Proactively and clearly communicate with Producers to deliver content in a consistent and timely manner.
- Escalate issues and recommendations with an appropriate level of urgency. Works efficiently with business partners to resolve QA issues before launch.
- Assist in leading key meetings owned by Production.
- Assist the Producer and Associate Producer with ad-hoc documentation, special projects, and other email related tasks as needed.
- Proactively seek out opportunities to learn more about brand business processes and systems.
- Use knowledge to suggest new ideas and change to improve overall efficiency of processes.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years of detailed task planning and execution experience, with a preference for ecommerce.
- Experience in project management and communicating deliverables for multiple projects at any given time.
- Ability to work well independently and within a group setting.
- Basic understanding of content management processes, tools, and technologies, preferably in the retail or ecommerce space.
- Ability to support multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision under tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral/written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with organizational programs and project management tools (OneDrive, SharePoint, Airtable).

Salary Range: $87,400 - $111,400 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
