About the Role

The Project Manager of Meetings, Conferences & Communications is a critical leader responsible for building high‑performing teams and driving operational excellence across the business. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver initiatives that strengthen how we communicate with stores while planning and executing impactful field meetings and conferences.

Serving as a connector between strategy and execution, this role translates business priorities into disciplined project plans, clear milestones, and measurable outcomes. The Project Manager ensures that communication is consistent, timely, and actionable across all channels, while also delivering high‑quality meeting experiences to brand code that equip our field teams to execute with confidence.

Through strong storytelling, operational rigor, and seamless partnership, this role enhances alignment across the organization and ensures our teams feel informed, supported, and connected to what matters most.

What You'll Do

Meetings & Conferences

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and offsites, including agenda development, stakeholder coordination, logistics, timelines, budgets, and run-of-show.
  • Build compelling presentation materials, facilitator guides, and participant resources with strong storytelling, clear structure, and design to brand codes.
  • Manage scheduling and meeting setups across organizational tools, ensuring accurate invites, calendars, pre‑work, and all associated communications.
  • Continuously improve meeting effectiveness by coordinating cross‑functional partners, overseeing participant experience, and conducting post‑meeting evaluations.

Communications

  • Support all communications efforts by developing strategic, executive‑ready messaging that reinforce organizational priorities and drives clarity across teams, in support of the Manager of Field Communications.
  • Create and manage written materials including presentations, talking points, announcements, newsletters, and meeting recaps—ensuring consistent voice, tone, and adherence to brand codes.
  • Translate complex business updates into clear, actionable communications tailored to varied audiences, leveraging organizational tools to deliver content effectively across channels.
  • Drive communication processes to ensure timely, accurate, and coordinated delivery of all messaging.

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Develop clear project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional partners, ensuring milestones and commitments are met.
  • Translate complex operational initiatives into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders at all levels.

Acting as both an operational driver and creative storyteller—while partnering closely with the Manager of Field Communications—this role helps the organization operate more efficiently, stay better informed, and move forward together with purpose.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in Store Leadership and/or Store Operations with a passion for developing talent, coaching teams, and mentoring future leaders.
  • Creative problem‑solver and storyteller with strong content design expertise, bringing fresh ideas, sound judgment, and the ability to craft high‑impact, user‑centered content that aligns to brand code.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and dynamic business needs, demonstrating initiative, agility, and the ability to manage multiple projects while adapting quickly to change.
  • Strong relationship‑builder with experience partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to influence strategic agendas, operationalize initiatives, and collaborate within a high‑performing team environment.
  • Highly proficient in presentation and design tools including Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and similar creative platforms, with the ability to develop polished, content to brand code.
  • Technically skilled across the Microsoft ecosystem—including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive, with the ability to leverage organizational tools to manage scheduling, communications, and workflow.

Salary Range: $93,700 - $121,800 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
