About the Role

The Regional Visual Manager is responsible for bringing the brand’s visual merchandising strategy to life across a portfolio of stores—driving consistency, elevating execution, and tailoring direction to meet unique business needs. This
role serves as a strategic partner to Regional Directors, shaping visual priorities through data, trend insights, and store visit learnings. The Regional Visual Manager develops District Managers’ merchandising capabilities, enabling them to lead and sustain best-in-class execution that connects visual strategy directly to sales, space planning, customer experience, and operational efficiency. As a thought leader and cultural ambassador, this role ensures the brand vision comes to life through compelling storytelling, alignment, and an unwavering focus on the customer.

What You'll Do

  • Teach, coach, and validate visual merchandising competencies across the region, ensuring District Managers
  • Conduct ongoing skill assessments and create targeted development plans for District Managers to build sustained visual merchandising leadership capability.
  • Partner closely with the Regional Director to assess talent, identify capability gaps, and implement development plans that strengthen visual merchandising acumen and elevate field execution.
  • Design and facilitate regional and district-level workshops that build “merchant muscle” and strengthen visual storytelling through hands-on learning and real-time application.
  • Drive elevated and consistent styling and lighting execution across the region, ensuring environments reflect brand standards and maximize product impact.
  • Drive consistent execution across the region, with prioritized focus on Top 250 and Store Modernization locations to ensure visual excellence is achieved and sustained.
  • Use data, trend insights, and store visit learnings to marry art and science—driving customer-centric decisions that enhance presentation standards, improve sales performance, and elevate customer experience.
  • Monitor performance and regional trends to identify and act on region -specific opportunities in partnership with the Field Visual Director and Regional Director.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ Visual, Field Visual, and Regional partners on direction, influence strategy, and ensure field insights shape enterprise-level decision making.
  • Contribute to divisional support teams and broader visual initiatives that elevate brand consistency, operational readiness, and customer experience.
  • Lead and support strategic projects that drive continuous improvement and innovation across field visual operations.
  • Leverage inventory and space allocation insights to optimize presentation, identify product performance trends, and adjust strategy as needed.
  • Serve as the visual lead for regional modernization initiatives, ensuring operational readiness, successful change adoption, and alignment to evolving brand concepts.

Who You Are

  • Approximately 80% of responsibilities are store-based, with the remaining 20% dedicated to strategic planning.
  • This role requires the ability to travel extensively- up to 75% of the time, including frequent overnight stays.
  • Flexible schedule; including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
  • Proven ability to drive results through influence and collaboration.
  • Demonstrate learning agility and the ability to motivate and develop others.
  • Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions.
  • Minimum of 5+ year’s multi-unit, high volume, complex retail business leadership.
  • 5+ years of visual presentation experience, with focus on leadership and training.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneDrive)
