About the Role

The Assistant Site Merchandising Manager will play a critical role in supporting the execution of Athleta’s digital merchandising strategy while helping translate high-level priorities into actionable site experiences. What You'll Do

  • Manage Site Updates: Own day-to-day execution of product categorization, navigation, filters, and content refreshes to ensure site accuracy and alignment with brand priorities.
  • Collaborate on Cross-Functional Briefs and Planning: Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and Planning teams to provide input and alignment for briefs to support seasonal message and priorities
  • Optimize Customer Experience: Monitor site performance, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to improve product discoverability and conversion.
  • QA and Launch Readiness: Conduct QA for major site refreshes, promotional events, and new product launches.
  • Leverage Analytics: Use reporting tools to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform real time and future updates.
  • Maintain Site Hygiene: Ensure PDPs, imagery, and categorization are accurate and up-to-date across all Women’s categories.

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce or site merchandising, preferably in apparel or lifestyle retail.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with site analytics and ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
  • Collaborative communicator who thrives in cross-functional settings.
  • Passionate about delivering a seamless, customer-first digital experience.
  • Enthusiastic about Athleta’s mission to empower women and girls through movement and connection.
