About the Role

Lead the daily operations and support of the Clarity PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) system for GapTech resource, financial, and contingent labor management. Ensure the system is available for critical processes and reporting. Coordinate support from Clarity PPM vendor and third-party resources in order to execute system upgrades, enhancements, and resolve any defects that may be present in a timely manner. Foster and grow an administrative team for Clarity PPM that is capable of resolving Severity-3 issues independently. A Severity-3 issue is described as a user question, problem, or system error that may require changes to the Clarity PPM system, but the changes may be performed directly through the Clarity PPM UI and do not require supporting technology to perform. Collaborate with Technical Program Managers (TPMs), Resource Planners (RPs), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team members to implement new configuration in support of GapTech business processes. Lead the communication and change management of these processes to users across GapTech. Learn the GapTech Reporting & Analytics (GTRA) team Azure data engineering pattern, including Power BI, to assume ownership of all PPM analytics. This includes extraction, processing, shaping, and reporting of key resource, financial, portfolio, and contingent labor data generated by GapTech business processes.
