About the Role

The Director of Operations, Talent Acquisition will redefine talent acquisition (TA) operations for Global TA,, enabling us to elevate our performance. The Director will design a function to support our organization for today and tomorrow and will build and drive enterprise capability, leading a team to craft the strategy and architect the engine that supports our recruiters and program leads. The Director of Operations, Talent Acquisition will also develop recommendations for Global Talent Acquisition technology requirements and roadmap.

This individual will improve and streamline our current processes and define consistent operational support mechanisms to serve the enterprise. Our future state will reflect a consumer-driven, modernized, data-driven, and technology-enabled capability. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Director of Operations, Talent Acquisition will play a pivotal role on the Talent Acquisition Leadership team, and will influence talent acquisition operations strategies by incorporating agile capabilities and design thinking, and ensuring priorities are set to achieve operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Infuse Talent Acquisition with agile methodologies and design thinking to drive transformative capabilities for the future
  • Lead the KPI strategy for Talent Acquisition and equip the team with consistent dashboard updates and analysis on recruiting performance metrics and stakeholder feedback
  • Ensure Talent Acquisition tools and processes meet the needs of recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers – frequently collaborate with HR Operations; manage Talent Acquisition processes so that they are highly functional and well-communicated
  • Manage the holistic budget for all of recruiting, including investments, capacity planning and forecasting; drive increased flexibility into our organization and flag risks or changes as applicable; coordinate Talent Acquisition team requirements/programming, such as upskilling and training for our team and the relevant stakeholders
  • Lead coordination efforts to provide speedy and accurate service to Talent Acquisition recruiters; collaborate with our shared services organization (HR Operations, Legal, LP, HRG, etc) to set a white-glove standard for coordination experiences for candidates and hiring managers and to ensure a seamless candidate experience

Who You Are

  • 5-7+ years leading global TA teams in a matrix environment
  • 7 years of experience leading leaders; a track record of hiring and developing exceptional talent
  • Deep experience with operationalizing HRIS, Workday preferred
  • Depth of experience in process improvement and process optimization
  • Skilled in agile methodologies and design thinking
  • Strong communications, partnership, and organizational skills
  • Good judgment and executive presence and the ability to interface effectively with and advise senior executives
