About the role
Based in Erlanger, KY, this position supports store delivery execution and ensures Gap Inc. shipments consistently meet established service requirements. The role is critical to the successful movement of Gap Inc. product from third-party delivery providers to our retail stores. You will deliver a high level of customers service and resolve delivery-related challenges, reported through multiple channels, including phone, email and internal systems. You will provide timely communication on disruptions and resolve though collaboration with our retail stores, distribution centers, brand leaders, third-party providers, and other internal logistics personnel. The hours for this position are 12p-8p (Sunday-Thursday) and is required to work from the office.
What you'll do
• Act as an immediate point-of-contact for issue identificationesolution and escalate as appropriate
• Collaborate with other team members, as needed, to resolve issues
• Staff frontline phone and email mailboxes to record, address, and update reported delivery issues
• Ensure communication of all delivery changes and/or updates to relevant business partners
• Support brand specific initiatives and programs
• Articulate/educate business partners on delivery processes

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook
