About the Role

Gap Inc. Inclusion & Belonging (I&B) is seeking a driven and forward-thinking leader to join the team as Coordinator, Brand Enablement. In this role, they will support high-impact projects across Athleta, Banana Republic, Gap and Old Navy (Brands), enhance our long- and short-term annual planning processes, coordinate cross-brand planning and communications and track key measures of success — advancing our mission to be a high-performing house of iconic American brands that shape culture.

As a key contributor, they will support cross-brand initiatives from concept to launch, overseeing timelines, resources, and communications to ensure seamless execution. Partnering closely with the Chief Inclusion & Belonging Officer, Director of I&B Strategy & Operations and the Directors of Brand Enablement, they will streamline decision-making, shape project scope, and align deliverables with enterprise priorities.

Through bold collaboration and values-based leadership, they will help drive a sense of inclusion and belonging for employees and our communities, in a purpose driven culture at Gap Inc.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure programs reflect a field-first perspective, aligning efforts with the needs and expectations of current and prospective front-line employees
  • Support the execution of I&B Brand Enablement projects, managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch evaluation
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery across initiatives
  • Support initiatives by managing project workflows, documentation, and cadence reviews
  • Drive operational excellence through process optimization and project-based improvements Manage planning cycles including goal setting, calendaring, and performance tracking, with a focus on project dependencies and resource alignment
  • Identify and remove operational and project roadblocks to improve team agility and enablement
  • Support budget tracking to ensure cost-effective and compliant operations
  • Use data platforms (e.g., Excel, Workday, Airtable) to support project inform forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making
  • Partner with team to prepare communications, presentations, and coordinate enterprise-wide forums related to I&B initiatives

Who You Are

  • Proven track record of supporting project operations within complex, matrixed settings
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and post implementation review
  • Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and delivering measurable outcomes in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication, organizational agility, and systems thinking, with the ability to manage and navigate complexity
  • Ability to balance strategic intent with operational execution, solving challenges with a structured, outcome-driven approach
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and trends that elevate the employee experience and operational performance

Salary Range: $63,000 - $80,400 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
