About the role

Job Drive forward strategic initiatives under the Digital Performance & Growth charter. Drive usage of commercially available ecommerce tools and technologies, including development of perspective on priority. Analyze web analytics to deliver insights and form hypothesis. Identify and model processes within new concepts. Interpret commercial data reporting to aid in planning and health monitoring. Deliver and present analysis for a high volume of experiments on a monthly basis. Measure the effectiveness and incrementality of marketing programs both online and in-store. Communicate complex data-driven topics and provide business recommendations to senior leadership team and non-technical audience.

Who you are

Education: Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Digital Marketing or a related field and 5 years of experience in job offered or a related field. Experience may be gained after, prior to, or concurrently with Master’s degree.

Experience and/or education must include:

  1. Customer Purchase behavior analysis;
  2. Technical ability in analytics programming and data manipulation tools such as SQL;
  3. Ability to clearly communicate and present complex data-driven topics and provide business recommendations to senior leadership team and non-technical audience;
  4. Consumer profiling and lifecycle analysis; and
  5. Promotion and campaign effectiveness analysis
