About the role

The Senior Manager of Creative Marketing Operations is responsible for overseeing the concept-to-customer go-to-market timeline and all supporting processes, resources, and information flow. The role is highly cross functional, focusing on high-level planning through to implementation of best practices to ensure smooth operations of the Marketing and Creative departments and a customer-first mindset. The Senior Manager is responsible for leading a team of project managers to deliver strategy and planning around execution of high-level company objectives and goals as well as ensuring the department is supported with appropriate time and information to execute effectively against those goals.

What you'll do

  • Identify, design, and implement processes, systems, tools, and resourcing to support and align a GTM marketing calendar from product concept to customer, incorporating milestones across departments, to ensure all marketing and creative projects are supported to proceed smoothly and efficiently.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads throughout the organization to ensure processes and timelines are aligned and effectively communicated and projects are prioritized through a customer-centric point of view.

  • Work with a team of project managers to ensure all marketing and creative initiatives are aligned, tracked, and completed on track and on time.

  • Identify areas of process improvement, support planning and implementation of new solutions designed to increase customer value and improve performance and efficiency.

  • Implement centralization of information via project management systems and organizational best practices to ensure all projects are tracked, information is centralized, and easily accessible by all team members.

  • Oversee and partner cross functionally with corporate partners in planning and delivery of all loyalty creative asset timelines and process

  • Serve as key liaison to internal cross-fuctional partners and the creative team.

  • Create and oversee timelines for all brand initiatives and align all project milestones, keeping the project on track and on time.

  • Work within the Creative/Marketing Department’s best practices to ensure effective communication within the team. Ensure key information is delivered efficiently so projects can remain on-track and on-time.

Who you are

  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Strong ability to convey complex, nuanced information in a clear, focused, and concise manner.

  • Expert knowledge of process design and implementation best practices.

  • Flexible thinker, able to innovate with a solution-oriented focus and able to adapt and solve problems as they arise.

  • A strong bias for action balanced with strong analytical skills. Able to see things from a 30,000-foot view but not afraid to dive in and be hands-on when necessary.

  • Ability to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with both internal and external partners to facilitate effective communication.

  • A customer centric approach, both in terms of end customers and internal “clients”.

  • Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing multiple layered projects simultaneously.

  • This position requires a minimum of 7+ years of experience in project management and/or account management, and experience in fashion retail.

  • Deep knowledge of project management systems, theory and best practices. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications a plus.

  • Thorough understanding and experience in creative practices, processes, formats, and assets.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
