About the role

Support the marketing creative development, production and store execution for in-store signage, including weekly production and distribution of all seasonal, portal, and packaging campaigns. Support the process from beginning to end, uniting cross-functional teams throughout each project (e.g. Marketing, Designers, and Copywriters) in support of outstanding results. Additionally, responsible for supporting various projects to support organic social, and supporting brand PR marketing team. Hold all business partners accountable to channel processes and timelines to ensure efficiency, flawless execution and on-time delivery of programs.

What you'll do

  • Facilitate project management processes from beginning to end, including ideation, creative development, approval and production.

  • Collaborate with BROL Production team to develop omni-channel project plans for seasonal assets and manage store timelines for their post dates.

  • Work in close partnership with marketing and creative leads to manage timing and execution of Organic Social projects.

  • Proactively communicate with cross-functional teams to impact current and future processes.

  • Understand goals and requirements for all projects.

  • Support seasonal development of marketing “Look book” for franchise markets incorporating key seasonal marketing programs for advertising and store programs.

  • Manage translation process, versioning, CrossCap sign list, distros, posting signage to internal store website, assisting with store opening/closures and mechanical approval for all projects as required.

Who you are

  • Individual must be flexible and comfortable working through change in a highly dynamic environment. Able to bring structure to ambiguous situations.

  • Detail oriented with strong project and process management skills. Can multi-task while working autonomously and as part of a team.

  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven track record in providing a high level of service to internal and external customers.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing as required.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate opportunities into solid implementation plans with measurable results.

  • Fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

  • Objective, optimistic and passionate with a strong business sense.

  • Driven by working in a fast paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field preferred.
