About the role

Job Maintain all aspects of the Labor and Workload Allocation database that provides weekly labor hours for over 600 stores. Build out and align an annual workload budget in excess of $250 million in partnership with finance and field leadership. Lead the execution of all legislated workforce initiatives to support Fair Work Week and Schedule stability. Consistent evaluation of adequate and accurate workload funding to ensure company standards regarding customer engagement, productivity and efficiency standards are maintained. Develops budgetesources for effective labor allocation through an effective labor model that supports stores and drives productivity. Oversees field workload planning and store communication related to product receipt, inventory related projects and acts as the field liaison for escalated product delivery issues. Partners with Store Operations Leadership Team to define, prioritize, and implement strategic initiatives in support of divisional strategies and divisional financial goals. Supervises team of two Project Managers who own labor allocation and product operations.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Experience and/or education must include:
1. Personnel Management (scheduling software)
2. Nova (internal reporting software)
3. Microsoft Access
4. Peoplesoft (Human Capital Management)
5. Store Operations Processes
