As the Inventory Strategy Manager of Growth Businesses, you’ll be a critical player in driving our brand forward through expansion into new channels, new markets, and new categories. Reporting into the Director of Inventory Strategy and Growth with dotted line reporting to the Heads of Plus and Wholesale, you will manage the financial and operational success of our recently re-launched Plus and emerging Wholesale businesses as well as support additional growth initiatives for the Athleta brand.

As the Inventory Strategy Manager of Growth Businesses, you will:

What you'll do

  • Strategy / Financial
    • Contribute to the Plus strategy through analysis and synthesis of opportunities to cross-functional partners
    • Develop and communicating comprehensive financial and product strategies to achieve top line revenue targets across our growth businesses
    • Participate in long range planning for Wholesale to support Brand goals
  • Business Process Management
    • Craft the ideal Wholesale Pipeline process and integrate within Athleta Specialty milestones
    • Identify supply chain capabilities necessary to successfully launch and grow the Wholesale business
    • Influence the scoping of long range capabilities necessary to scale our growth businesses
  • Communication
    • Develop creative, effective approaches to influence cross-functional partners and drive results that support both our growth strategies and Athleta specialty workflow
    • Exhibit comfort across business and technical discussions with an ability to inspire the strategic roadmap
    • Demonstrate an ability to look across multiple projects for connection points, synthesizing complexities and areas of opportunity into easily digestible content
