Experience with This Way ONward at Old Navy: When I completed the program and was offered my first job as a part-time associate. It was a validation of all the job skills I learned and applied. It was just the beginning of many new experiences.  

What’s your career advice?  My motto is always “strive to be better than you were yesterday; set more goals, work harder and achieve more.”

What makes you #oldnavyproud:  Old Navy is fun, it’s family, it’s pristine – we are really good at what we do. My manager, Erika, is the [store manager] and no matter how much is on her plate, she always finds time for anything we need. I’ve been getting college offers and we’ve talked about how I can transfer. I love what I’m doing, and I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else. I’m here to stay for as long as possible!
