While embedded within a large, matrixed organization, this role operates with a highly entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking initiative, and building new ways of working. Creative problem-solving, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and do things differently are essential, particularly as social commerce and commerce-enabled media continue to evolve rapidly.
Approximately 75% of the role centers on social commerce execution, with 25% focused on product feed operations, workflow management, and documentation.

- Maintain clear prioritization, status tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
- Bring structure to operational workflows while staying flexible in response to evolving platform requirements.

Documentation, Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain documentation for feed logic, commerce workflows, and platform operations.
- Track operational KPIs (feed health, listing quality, platform readiness) and surface insights that guide optimization.
- Embrace a test‑and‑learn mindset to streamline processes, reduce errors, and scale repeatable best practices.
