About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Associate Producer to join our dynamic Photo Studio team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the logistics and execution of photo, video, marketing, and social media productions. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure every shoot runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.

What You'll Do

  • Production Management: Oversee all aspects of production, ensuring timely delivery of assets across product, marketing, social media, and video shoots.
  • Vendor & Talent Coordination: Manage relationships with photographers, models, stylists, and studios. Negotiate rates and ensure contracts and usage rights are in place.
  • Studio Scheduling: Maintain studio calendars and coordinate shoot schedules for optimal resource use.
  • Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking and reconciling production budgets to stay within financial targets.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to streamline production workflows.
  • Documentation & Communication: Create call sheets, booking confirmations, schedules, and contracts. Ensure clear communication across teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve production challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Talent & Resource Management: Maintain a database of talent and vendors for efficient resourcing.
  • Invoice & Vendor Management: Handle invoicing, cost reconciliation, and vendor issue resolution.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 3–5 years in a production role, ideally with exposure to e-commerce, marketing, or creative content.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Creative Force, Airtable, and Figma.
  • Strong Negotiator: Confident in negotiating rates and managing vendor relationships.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to juggle multiple projects and timelines with precision.
  • Creative Problem-Solver: Brings innovative thinking and a proactive approach to production challenges.
  • Budget-Conscious: Experience managing production budgets and staying within financial parameters.
  • Forward-Thinking: Embraces innovation and has experience leveraging AI in production workflows.

Salary Range: $90,100 - $119,400 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
