About the Role
In this role you will enable adoption and sustainability of capabilities delivered to the business through GapTech Products while supporting continuity and productivity of business operations by providing front-line business support to quickly resolve issues for our customers. You will strive to minimize business disruption through guidance and communication of solutions to the problems business end users experience using our systems, tools and reports.
What You'll Do
- Leverage subject matter expertise to answer questions about data accuracy and quality; data lineage and flows; and whether the correct tool is being used to answer a specific business question.
- Ensure proactive user communication on status and progress on issue resolution for issues, working with Product Management and Technical Product Teams.
- Partner with the Business and Product Management to identify opportunities in current systems and processes, and provides a direct feedback loop to inform continuous improvement to maximize returns on application development efforts.
- Provide hands on support to the business on delivery of new and enhanced capabilities for supported products demonstrating understanding of business process and workflow to support adoption
- Partner closely with Engineering teams to identify and prioritize technical support issues experienced by business end users, and collaborate to drive resolution to minimize risk and business disruption
- Identify areas of opportunities for optimization of processes and tools through research and analysis
- Influence strategy for area/team

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams to define and implement cost control policies, pricing model adjustments, and accountability frameworks
- FinOps Compliance & Standardization: Ensure adherence to industry-leading FinOps frameworks, aligning cloud expenditures with business objectives
- Proven experience in cost modeling for budgeting, financial forecasting, and profitability analysis
- Strong background in building financial reports and dashboards Azure Cost Management and GCP Cost Management tools
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with finance teams and leadership to drive strategic cost-saving initiatives and ensure financial efficiency

Salary Range: $154,700 - $204,900 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
