About the Role
The Manager, P2M Operating Model Enablement provides dedicated operational leadership and problem‑solving capacity during a period of significant change across the Product‑to‑Market (P2M) organization. This role reduces rework, clarifies off‑model operational work, and drives stability across new ways of working as the organization transitions to updated operating model expectations and milestone shifts.
You will support and streamline the P2M Core Team cadence, lead adoption of key IM operating model changes, and own time‑boxed initiatives addressing cross‑functional friction or workload risk.
What You'll Do
• Enable Operating Model Clarity & Adoption: Drive adoption of IM operating model shifts, create guidance, facilitate working sessions.
• Lead P2M Core Team Cadence: Run weekly cadence, track issues and decisions, reduce rework, partner with leadership.
• Build Guardrails for Off‑Model Work: Clarify exceptions, maintain alignment with milestones.
• Lead Time‑Boxed Initiatives: Own 1–2 scoped initiatives at a time, diagnose and solve operational gaps, hand off stabilized processes.
• Identify & Solve System Friction: Surface inconsistencies, define guardrails, reduce duplicated or unclear work.
Who You Are
• A strong systems thinker who can quickly identify friction and translate issues into clear, actionable solutions.
• An operator with excellent follow‑through who brings structure, consistency, and clarity to cross‑functional work.
• A collaborative influencer who aligns Merch, Design, Planning, and Ops around new ways of working.
• Comfortable with change and able to prioritize a small set of high‑value, time‑boxed initiatives.

Salary Range: $142,300 - $185,000 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
