About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Project Manager to drive brand planning for the Beauty business, ensuring seamless alignment of brand calendars across functions and channels. This role will be responsible for integrating Beauty planning into cross-functional brand initiatives, maintaining consistency across touchpoints, and optimizing brand impact through coordinated planning and execution. The Manager will drive clarity, consistency, and visibility to key brand initiatives, enabling seamless execution and storytelling across consumer touchpoints while balancing inventory and planning considerations.

What You'll Do

  • Calendar Leadership: Own the planning, integration, and governance of the brand calendar across Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Inventory Planning teams.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Merchandising Operations, Marketing Operations, Creative, PR, Digital, Inventory Management, and Planning to ensure initiatives are aligned and delivered on time.
  • Process Management: Establish frameworks, timelines, and tools for visibility, collaboration, and accountability across stakeholders.
  • Inventory & Planning Integration: Align brand initiatives with inventory management and planning cycles, ensuring product availability supports marketing campaigns and seasonal storytelling.
  • Communication Hub: Act as the central point of contact for calendar-related updates, changes, and conflicts. Facilitate regular touchpoints and ensure leadership visibility.
  • Risk Management: Identify conflicts, gaps, overlaps, or supply constraints in the brand calendar and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Optimization: Continuously refine calendar processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and cross-functional decision-making.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Provide leadership with reports and dashboards that highlight key milestones, dependencies, risks, and inventory considerations.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 5–7 years in merchandising operations, inventory management and planning, project management, or marketing operations, ideally within retail, consumer goods, or fashion.
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
    • Strong understanding of merchandising, inventory planning, and marketing workflows.
    • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Airtable, or similar).
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
    • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with comfort engaging senior leadership.
  • Preferred: Experience with brand calendar integration or campaign planning.
  • Mindset: Analytical thinker with a process-oriented approach, proactive problem solver, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $120,400 - $159,500 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
