About the Role
As the Planner for our Beauty division, you will lead the financial product strategy, open-to-buy (OTB) planning, and inventory health management for a high-growth business unit. This role is central to newly launched Beauty division, a strategic growth initiative within our organization, leveraging our iconic brand portfolio and omnichannel retail capabilities. This role is critical to ensuring financial discipline, operational agility, and strategic alignment across merchandising, supply chain, and digital teams. You will play a key role in enabling the successful launch and scale of high-volume retail concepts across both physical and digital channels.
What You'll Do
- Own financial planning processes for the Beauty division.
- Develop and manage OTB strategies to support growth targets.
- Monitor inventory health and optimize stock levels.
- Partner with cross-functional teams for alignment.
- Analyze sales trends and market dynamics.
- Support product launches with demand planning.
- Build and maintain planning tools and dashboards
- Enable data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to operational rigor and scalability.
- Ensure profitability and inventory efficiency.
Who You Are
- 8+ years of experience in planning, finance, or inventory management.
- Success in managing OTB and inventory health in omnichannel environments.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience launching and scaling new business units.
- Collaborative with cross-functional influence.
- Operationally rigorous with process improvement focus.
- Customer-focused with planning system proficiency.

Salary Range: $132,300 - $175,300 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
