About the role

The Sr. Manager, Site Merchandising – Customer Journey, Site Strategy & Product Photography on Figure (PPOF) will lead the design and execution of digital merchandising strategies that optimize how customers lands, shops, and convert across our U.S. and Canada sites. Unlike category-specific roles, this position owns cross-site customer journeys — including PLPs (Visual Navs, ISMs), navigation frameworks, landing page linking, recommendations, and outfitting, all focused on driving stronger conversion and purchase outcomes. This leader will directly influence site conversion, basket growth, and customer satisfaction by shaping how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase products online. The role is also responsible for setting and executing testing agendas and helping to structure cross-functional pods that enable seamless delivery.

What you'll do

  • Lead site merchandising linking & landing strategy for total site, app, & navigation with a focus on driving discovery-to-purchase conversion. In partnership with Women's Site Merchandising  team
  • Drive weekly funnel reporting, delivering clear insights-to-action analysis that optimizes the end-to-end customer journey
  • Own the end-to-end process for Product Photography on Figure (PPOF) in partnership with Studio and Creative teams, ensuring product imagery supports conversion.
  • Own GEO/SEO (in partnership with Content), outfitting, and key functionality upgrades (including UAT and cross-functional collaborations) in partnership with the Central org.
  • Partner on a data-driven roadmap with Innovation Teams to optimize customer journeys and purchase pathways in partnership with Site, Product, Marketing, and Content teams.
  • Establish and execute a test-and-learn agenda to continuously improve conversion, site flow, and merchandising effectiveness; own the insights-to-action process.
  • Champion and help operationalize cross-functional pod structures in partnership with Production to ensure seamless execution across Site, Product, and Marketing.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of assistant merchants and coordinators, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and accountability.
  • Provide strong people's leadership, including goal setting, performance feedback, and career development support.

Who you are

  • You are a customer-obsessed, data-driven digital merchandising leader who sees the site through the customer’s eyes and knows how to turn insights into action. You connect site experience, merchandising, product, marketing, content, and creative to build intuitive journeys that help customers discover the right products, build confidence, and ultimately convert.
  • You are equally comfortable diving into funnel performance and identifying friction as you are setting a broader customer journey strategy and influencing cross-functional roadmaps. You bring a strong test-and-learn mindset, using customer behavior, site performance, and experimentation to continuously improve navigation, landing experiences, recommendations, outfitting, imagery, and purchase pathways.
  • Most importantly, you are a collaborative people leader and change agent. You can bring multiple teams together around a shared customer problem, translate complex insights into clear priorities, and develop a high-performing team that operates with curiosity, accountability, and a bias toward action.

Salary Range: $137,500.00 - $178,800.00
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
