About the Role
As a Visual Communications Creative Designer, you'll support the team in bringing the brand’s visual storytelling to life. You'll work closely with the Visual Communications Manager and Visual Merchandising teams to help create compelling in-store visuals and presentations. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, creative, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
You’ll help prepare visual materials, assist with store projects, and contribute to both everyday tasks and special creative initiatives. If you're detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about design and retail, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and be part of a creative, collaborative team.
What You'll Do
- Own the development and preparation of visual presentations for sub-brand categories, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Work closely with Visual Communications and Visual Merchandising partners to ensure brand consistency.
- Help create renderings, mockups, and visual tools for store teams and projects.
- Stay organized and assist on managing timelines, tasks, and visual assets.
- Be proficient in creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite to manage and support design work and contribute to visual projects with confidence.
- Help with photography and video tasks, from capturing content to editing visuals for presentations.
- Communicate clearly and work well with teammates across different departments.
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or a creative support role.
- A collaborative team player who’s excited to support others and contribute to shared goals.
- Detail-oriented with a strong interest in design and retail environments.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and adjusting quickly in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and open to learning more.
- Proficient in 3D rendering programs such as Adobe Substance and SketchUp, or skilled in illustration to create to-scale renderings.
- Interested in photography, video, and digital storytelling, with hands-on experience using DSLR cameras for both still and motion content.
- Creative, curious, and eager to grow in a visual communications role.
- Passionate about fashion and bringing stories to life through visuals

Salary Range: $73,400 - $93,600 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
