About the Role
In this role, you will support Human Resources during peak season volume hiring. Additionally, this role will support leadership and campus operations through a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, maintains a high level of professionalism and discretion, and is comfortable managing shifting priorities. Responsibilities may include supporting internal initiatives, facilitating communication, and contributing to a positive and efficient workplace experience.
What You'll Do
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a strong sense of urgency.
- Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates sound judgment in sensitive situations.
- Proficient in using digital tools to support day-to-day operations.
- Continuous learner and possess an organizational savviness to build relationships across a matrixed organization, understand the business needs and deliver results
- Create with audacity through using your strong diagnostic skills in listening, probing and analyzing to translate business problems into data driven solutions
Who You Are
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, service-oriented environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and comfort with HR systems
