About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Photo Studio Coordinator. This person will serve as the first point of contact for deliveries and guests, maintain a clean and functional workspace, manage equipment inventory, and support the studio team with daily operations.

What You'll Do

Front-of-House & Reception

  • Greet and assist guests, clients, and vendors upon arrival.
  • Accept, log, and distribute incoming deliveries / packages.
  • Track and monitoring outgoing packages.
  • Coordinate outgoing shipments, including equipment returns and repairs.

Studio Organization & Cleanliness

  • Arrive by 7:30 AM to tidy communal areas and prep the studio for the day.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area, lounge, and studio sets.
  • Organize props, gear, and supplies, to ensure a neat and functional work environment.

Equipment & Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory of all camera gear, lighting, grip, and studio equipment.
  • Track equipment condition and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
  • Manage equipment shipments for repairs and ensure timely returns.
  • Restock essential studio supplies (batteries, tapes, cleaning products, etc.).

Administrative Support

  • Maintain logs for equipment usage, repairs, and studio maintenance.
  • Support studio leads with equipment rentals, vendor bookings, and logistics.
  • Keep documentation (invoices, receipts, inventory records) organized.

General Office Support

  • Assist with event or shoot setup and breakdown.
  • Run errands or source materials as needed for the team.
  • Provide backup support to other studio staff during high-volume periods.

Who You Are

  • 1–2 years of experience as an administrative or studio assistant (photo studio experience a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting gear, light cleaning, etc.)
  • Familiarity with photography equipment is helpful (training provided).
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) or similar software.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.

Salary Range: $56,800 - $72,400 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
