About the Role
As the Manager, Pricing Markdown Enablement, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing markdown strategies that improve price perception, reduce business waste, and drive profitability. This position bridges business strategy and operational execution, ensuring markdown processes are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with financial goals. This role reports directly to the Head of Pricing.
What You'll Do
- Lead Markdown Process: Translate business strategy into actionable steps for Planning teams, design best practices, and manage system configurations.
- Drive Change Management: Partner with Markdown SMEs to support adoption, create training materials, and empower teams to self-solve.
- Manage End-of-Life Inventory: Own LCM inventory, establish guardrails for Final Sale, and collaborate with FP&A to forecast impacts on margin.
- Enable Playbook Adoption: Develop tools and dashboards for best-practice execution, negotiate tactics with cross-functional teams, and own the Markdown Optimization decision
playbook. - Influence and Innovate: Present data-driven insights, streamline processes, leverage technology, and pursue innovative approaches to improve operational efficiency and financial
results.
Who You Are
- A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in pricing, planning, or merchandising with a deep understanding of markdown processes.
- Skilled in influencing cross-functional teams and driving change.
- Comfortable working with systems and tools to create efficiencies and improve decision-making.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about delivering results through innovation and process excellence.

Salary Range: $119,400 - $155,200 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
