About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for providing seasonal peak-hiring support that results in an engaged workforce and a more productive business. You will be responsible for supporting people strategies, responding to day-to-day activities for candidates, executing talent management efforts and partnering with key Gap Inc. HR solution centers (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Human Resources, Learning & Development, etc.) to deliver results against the people strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Support the recruiting team with staffing goals and assist with day-to-day issues: demonstrating resourcefulness to achieve desired outcomes
  • Implement strategies which improve recruiting processes year over year, as measured through the continuous listening process
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to identify business opportunities working with the Talent Acquisition Partner to implement solutions
  • Partner with the local HR team, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to implement talent strategies

Who You Are

  • General knowledge of HR practices including, employment law, employee/labor relations, talent management and learning and development
  • Well-developed people skills, demonstrated ability to partner and build relationships
  • Good communicator; good listening skills and problem solver
  • Understanding of concepts and procedures specific to own subject areas
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge with the ability to build reports to get desired data
  • Experience with high-volume staffing or recruitment preferred
  • Workday experience or similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
