About the Role

As a Senior Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will lead the visual merchandising process in partnership with cross-functional teams to create compelling in-store and window presentations that align with the brand vision, drive financial goals, and inspire customers. You will manage the sample intake process, execute full-scale presentations – both digitally and physically – and support the creation of global visual directives. With a keen eye on styling, current market trends, and store presentation, you will play a pivotal role in bringing product stories to life across Old Navy.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the creation and execution of seasonal in-store and window displays in the corporate studio.
  • Manage sample intake and in-season sample process for the Visual Merchandising division.
  • Synthesize competitive store experience trends, customer needs, and team creative brainstorms in order to create novel and useful updates to the Old Navy store experience.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Styling team and cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Inventory Management, Field Visual, and Stores to support business objectives.
  • Actively support the Product Creation lifecycle with Design and Merchandising to ensure the product comes to life through compelling storytelling in support of brand strategies, and achieve appropriate assortment levels across the fleet.
  • Participate in key product milestones and support the floor set process, including visual merchandising and preparing to present to cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment on visual strategy and inventory delivery.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive visual merchandising practices.
  • Support the preparation of monthly style guides, event communication, and visual communication deliverables.
  • Balance digital and physical sample management and merchandising responsibilities.
  • Active involvement and operational efficiency during all store sets -- maintain timelines, manage project execution, and ensure visual communication deliverables are met with high quality.
  • Participate in divisional and cross-functional meetings and special projects as needed.
  • Partner with peers to develop and share best practices in systems, processes, etc.
  • Travel as required.

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of retail industry and store experience, with a strong background in visual merchandising.
  • Elevated fashion and styling sense with the ability to incorporate emerging fashion trends into projects.
  • Exceptional time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to incorporate and share creative ideas.
  • Problem solver who can develop and implement creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and InDesign is preferred.
  • Familiarity with emerging digital tools.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively and thrive in dynamic, cross-functional team settings.

Salary Range: $79,800 - $105,800 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
