About the role
Interested in the business behind iconic brands? Join Gap Inc. for an afternoon at our New York office, where you'll explore our brand heritage, connect with business leaders, and meet graduates of our Rotational Management Program (RMP).
What you'll do
Open exclusively to college juniors participating in NRF NXT 2027, this experience offers a closer look at careers in merchandising, inventory management, and retail business strategy, along with the opportunity to learn about RMP recruitment in fall 2027.
Who you are
The Tour & Talk will take place on Thursday, January 7, 2027, from 1:30–4:30 PM ET at Gap Inc.’s New York office, located at 55 Thomas Street, New York, NY.
A few things to know:
- Space is limited. All applications will be reviewed, and selected students will receive an invitation to participate. Submitting an application does not guarantee attendance.
- This experience is designed exclusively for current college juniors registered for NRF NXT 2027.
- You'll be asked about your academic background, experiences, and career interests.
- This is a career exploration and networking experience, not an application for employment.
Application & Selection Timeline
- Application Deadline: Friday, December 11, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
- Selection Notifications: All applicants will be notified of their status (selected, waitlisted, or not selected) by Thursday, December 17, 2026.
- Attendance Confirmation: Selected students must confirm their participation by Monday, December 21, 2026, to secure their spot.
- Waitlist Updates: Students on the waitlist will receive a final update by Wednesday, December 23, 2026.
