About the Role
In this role, you will be part of the Planning Integration & Analysis team, responsible for developing detailed data insights for assortment and product planning. You will create tools and analyze data through dashboards to drive strategies. Your passion for using data and analytics in a retail environment will guide customer-driven decisions. Curiosity, storytelling, and a collaborative mindset are essential, along with clear and focused communication skills.
What You'll Do
- Develop and run repeatable analytics to inform seasonal assortment decisions aligned with the milestone calendar.
- Develop and oversee dashboards for cross-functional strategies and licensing partnerships.
- Use your technical and analytical skills to analyze opportunity areas in the business and make clear actionable recommendations for our cross-functional partners.
- Simplify and automate processes that are easily repeatable, and value driven.
Who You Are
- Systems and Tools Acumen:
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including building macros and managing databases.
- Experienced in creating complex Power BI dashboards with multiple data sources.
- Coding experience preferred.
- Financial and Business Acumen: Ability to analyze financial indicators and translate data into actionable information.
- Problem Solving & Decision Quality: Able to use rigorous logic and some statistical methods to solve problems.
- Collaboration: Able to build strong relationships with a variety of business partners.
- Time Management – Possess strong time management, and communication skills.
- Experience – Previous experience in Apparel retail Merchandising, Buying, or Merchandise Planning teams is highly desirable.
- Education – BA/BS degree required, with an emphasis on data management, supply chain, mathematics, or economics.

Salary Range: $67,900 - $86,600 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
