About the Role
The Senior Manager of P2M Pipeline is a key leader in driving the execution and continuous improvement of Old Navy’s end-to-end product to market process. Reporting to the Director of P2M Pipeline, this role ensures cross-functional alignment, milestone readiness, operational feasibility, and organizational engagement across the product-to-market (P2M)
lifecycle.

What You'll Do
- Own and manage the Old Navy P2M Pipeline Checklist, ensuring alignment with seasonal calendars and milestone deliverables.
- Partner with Director, P2M Pipeline to develop and execute the Annual Brand Calendar and Seasonal Pipeline Calendars
- Lead the planning, facilitation, and follow-up of milestone meetings, including agenda creation, recap documentation, and stakeholder alignment across functional teams.
- Prepare and distribute milestone materials; gather and synthesize cross-functional feedback to inform continuous improvement.
- Drive training, surveys, and communications to support adoption of new processes and tools across the organization.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, improve milestone clarity, and enhance cross-functional collaboration
- Serve as the primary liaison for P2M SMEs, facilitating collaboration, knowledge sharing, and issue resolution.
- Lead or support special projects related to transformation initiatives such as Digital Product Creation (DPC).
- Support ad hoc needs (e.g., pull-forward, cold weather booking) as needed to manage product to market objectives and milestones.
Who You Are
- 7+ years of experience in product development, production, or supply chain, with a focus on Merchandising, Production, and Global Integrated Sourcing (GIS).
- Strong understanding of the P2M lifecycle and cross-functional product development processes.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable and proactive problem solver with a collaborative mindset.
- Skilled in coordinating meetings, managing timelines, and driving process improvements.
- Experience in change management, including training and communication.
- Proficient in tools like SharePoint, Miro, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence across teams.

Salary Range: $139,600 - $185,000 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
