About the Role
The Senior Manager of B2B & International Product Operations is a key role, responsible for driving the overarching Product-to-Market (P2M) strategy for the B2B & International business. This role requires a strategic, detail-oriented thinker with exceptional leadership capabilities to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders and teams across the organization. The Senior Manager will participate in the development and execution of innovative product pipeline strategies, optimize processes, and collaborate seamlessly with Gap Inc’s Brand Product Operations teams to ensure operational excellence & efficiencies across the B2B & International organization, all the way through to partner engagement, sell-in and booking.
What You'll Do
B2B & International Product Pipeline Operations:
- Serve as a Pipeline SME (subject matter expert) and POC (point of contact), for both Brand & B2B-International counterparts
- Drive the creation and publication of the seasonal B2B P2M milestones & deliverables via Smartsheet
- Own maintenance and execution of all changes to the P2M calendar
- Participate in all Brand-led P2M meetings, representing the B2B-International business
- Build clear, compelling documentation and presentations, to communicate B2B-International’s baseline requirements, ensuring the needs of the business are considered in early-stage development of the Global P2M calendar (annually, seasonally)
- Partner with Brand Product Operations teams on pipeline development and booking timelines for both seasonal, and off-cycle product bookings (including chase, speed or collabs/special collections, etc.)
- Lead recurring P2M meetings with core B2B-International functions to ensure clarity and alignment on seasonal pipeline milestones/deliverables (Product, Merch Planning, Account Planning, Commercial Management, Partner Ops & Comms)
- Drive Brand adherence to product assortment deadlines, which B2B-International is dependent on for system setup, partner engagement, buy planning, and booking (e.g., ‘First Costs’, ‘GA pencils down’, ‘Must Haves’, ‘Marketing Key Looks’)
- Lead continuous process and calendar improvements by gathering feedback from key B2B-International stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional discussions to develop, refine, and implement strategic solutions
B2B & International Milestone Meeting Management:
- Develop and drive a consistent, efficient process for the calendarization of B2B-International milestone meetings, in partnership w/ B2B-International Partner Comms & Ops team & admin team
Program and Project Management
- Lead special cross-functional projects that support brand initiatives and new businesses, including but not limited to GAP X (Brand Collaborations, GapStudio, High Heat Licensing collections)
- Lead recurring B2B-International Steer Co meeting with core cross functional team leads, tracking product-to-market end-to-end (assortment deadlines, marketing sample orders, partner booking, on-time reporting, partner launch dates, etc.)
- Partner with B2B-International Customer Success team and Brand Product Operations, to close the gap between North America & International launch dates - maximizing Global marketing ‘halo effect’, relevance and revenue opportunity
- Support execution of ‘Speed’ pilots driven by Gap Inc.’s ‘IndigoX’ (product speed-to-market) roadmap
Training and Change Management
- Create training materials and drive adoption of new tools, processes as developed (i.e. B2B-International P2M Smartsheet)
- Serve as the Smartsheet tool expert for B2B & International; providing training and supporting of ad hoc project creation for various functions
‘Market Week’ Support
- Oversee showroom/sample management ahead of bi-annual NY-based ‘market weeks’ [TBC]
Who You Are
- Functional Expertise: Deep understanding of the product lifecycle and business processes across product development, merchandising, planning and production, as well as B2B/Franchise
- Exceptional Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive results, and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Demonstrates a high level of candor and champions inclusion.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to think critically and strategically, driving the execution of high-impact initiatives with a focus on long-term success and continuous improvement.
- Program & Project Management Expertise: Deep experience managing large-scale projects, with the ability to define roles, set priorities, and ensure timely and effective execution
- Communication & Influence: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and data-driven insights clearly and persuasively to leadership at all levels. Skilled in conflict resolution and leveraging empathy to build consensus.
- Adaptability & Problem Solving: Strong ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities while maintaining a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Analytical Acumen: Demonstrates expertise in analyzing complex data, leveraging insights to drive decision-making and continuous process improvement.
- Tools Proficiency: High proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Smartsheet and other project management tools
PREFERRED:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in product operations, project management, or related roles within B2B retail

Salary Range: $120,400 - $159,500 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
