About the Role
As a Regional AP Manager, you lead asset protection strategy and execution across a defined region of stores. You manage Area AP Managers, oversee investigations, and partner cross-functionally to ensure safety, compliance, and shortage reduction. Your leadership helps protect the people, products, and brand experiences across our house of iconic brands: Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta.
What You'll Do
• Lead and develop Area AP Managers, ensuring consistent execution of AP programs across the region.
• Align regional AP strategies with enterprise goals and brand-specific needs.
• Monitor performance metrics and use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Store Operations, HR, and Legal to address risk, compliance, and safety issues.
• Oversee complex investigations and ensure legal and procedural integrity.
• Represent AP in regional business planning and leadership forums.
• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the region.
Who You Are
• Proven leadership in multi-unit retail or Asset Protection environments, with expertise in investigations, compliance, and crisis response.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to lead and execute strategic initiatives that deliver consistent results.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across functions, managing change and driving innovation across teams.
• Committed to continuous improvement and team development, including the ability to lead and develop others through direct coaching and peer influence.
• Skilled in aligning operational execution with enterprise goals through data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
