About the Role
Maintain sample coordination for the BR Factory Online Channel
What You'll Do
- Ensure samples are received in a timely manner for each seasonal flow
- Keep samples organized and maintain records to track receiving information
- Communicate with Site Merchandising team to discuss arrivals and delays
- Proactively reach out to overseas vendors to troubleshoot missing/delayed samples
- Build rapports with brand cross-functional partners
- Assemble copy fact sheets using several systems
- Support entire team with other projects
Who You Are
- 1 year of experience as sample coordinator
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting gear, light cleaning, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software
- Strong written & verbal communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor

Hourly Range: $22.00 - $27.50 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
