About the Role

In this role you will plan and execute effective marketing strategies to promote product/services to online customers and increase the company's profit. You will work cross-functionally to optimize eCommerce strategies through website to drive traffic and build customer retention. You will be a part of the Ecommerce marketing department, which leads the work to create brand awareness, drive customer loyalty, and ultimately increase online sales.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to the marketing team supporting all customer development, retention, advertising, and promotional strategies
  • Advise on emergent opportunities to meet company and brand goals
  • Apply quantitative and qualitative analytics data to understand user behavior
  • Monitor changes in the marketplace, trends, innovations products, market pricing, customer preferences, competing businesses, and make the necessary adjustments to strategies to deliver a superior customer experience
  • Collaborate closely across functions on website maintenance, updates, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), planning and aligning marketing strategies with technology strategies
  • Build cross functional partnerships and consensus
  • Influence strategy for area/team

Who You Are

  • Possess a strong understanding of web marketing technology, EComm competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, usability best practices, and industry trends
  • Experience in market research and statistical analysis and online campaign management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions
  • Sound knowledge of concepts and procedures specific to ecommerce marketing and a basic understanding of the procedures in other relevant areas
