About the Role
In this new role, you will partner with our brands & corporate functions across the globe, to continuously drive value across Non-Merchandise categories and aligning procurement strategies with corporate strategies. You will develop, implement, and own the supplier relationship program and framework – including supplier performance, risk mitigation, supplier innovation and supplier segmentation strategies. Make certain we “Do The Right Thing” as an organization by optimizing our purchasing power, building and maintaining strategic supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance throughout a contract term.
What You'll Do
- Establish and maintain effective business partnerships with suppliers and stakeholders to minimize overall risk to the company and maintain business continuity
- Provide insight into industry trends, market intelligence, and supplier development
- Develop evaluation process to score suppliers based on strategic importance, risk and performance
- Develop strategies for engaging with different supplier tiers based on segmentation
- Develop business review playbook, templates and cadences
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supplier strategies with business goals
Who You Are
- 2-4 years of experience in Procurement or related, particularly in 3rd Party Risk Management and SRM
- Knowledge of procurement processes and relevant software and tools (i.e. SRM systems and data analytics platforms)
- Fully on-site position, M-F starting September
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree, Masters preferred
