About the Role

At Old Navy, we’re all about making great style accessible for everyone - and denim is at the heart of that. You’ll partner closely with leadership to execute the creative direction, using your denim expertise to deliver product that feels fresh, relevant, and unmistakably Old Navy.

We’re looking for someone who’s curious, collaborative, and excited to push the category forward - while always keeping the customer front and center.

  • Bring a strong point of view to washes, fabrications, and construction details that elevate the assortment
  • Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Production, Technical Design, and Sourcing to ensure seamless execution from concept to customer
  • Create and communicate clear design intent through tech packs and ongoing partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Champion innovation in denim, including new fabrications, sustainability efforts, and wash techniques
  • Present ideas and concepts to leadership, incorporating feedback and iterating quickly
  • Lead your team with a coaching mentality, focusing on developing future talent with care

  • Skilled in Adobe Illustrator with a strong technical foundation in garment construction
  • Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for proportion, finish, and consistency
  • A natural collaborator and strong communicator who builds strong cross-functional relationships
  • Passionate about denim and excited to evolve the category in meaningful ways
