About the Role

Gap Inc. is embarking on a bold, multi-year Product-to-Market (P2M) Transformation to reimagine our product engine and unlock new levels of creativity, speed, and resilience. Speed-to-Market is one of three core pillars of this journey, focused on designing, piloting, and scaling the future-state operating model for how we imagine and develop products for our customers — seasonlessly and with agility.

This isn’t just about moving faster; it’s about building the industry’s most forward-looking model, one that integrates AI, advanced analytics, and best-in-class practices to empower leaders across our brands. By simplifying execution, strengthening strategic foresight, and unleashing creativity, we will accelerate development cycles, sharpen customer relevance, and unlock revenue growth.

As Manager, Speed-to-Market Transformation, you will play a key role in operationalizing new ways of working, supporting program leadership, and ensuring adoption across brands and functions. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to bring innovative tools and processes to life, while helping to embed change and enable a culture of agility and creativity.

  • Partner with category teams to pilot and scale Speed-to-Market initiatives across brands.
  • Help reimagine processes from product strategy through buy confirmation, enabling faster, smarter decision-making.
  • Support operationalization of innovative tools (visual assorting, predictive line planning, insights-driven store mapping) and ensure effective integration with Digital Product Creation and Merchandise Planning & Inventory Optimization.

Program Execution & Governance

  • Manage day-to-day program activities, including timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
  • Track progress and prepare updates for leadership, ensuring transparency on milestones and risks.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and proactively resolve roadblocks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with design, merchandising, planning, and operations to drive alignment and tool adoption.
  • Act as a champion of AI-enabled processes, helping teams understand and embrace new ways of working.
  • Support change management and training efforts to build lasting capabilities.

Communication & Engagement

  • Develop clear, concise communications and storytelling to keep teams informed and engaged in the transformation journey.
  • Partner with change and engagement teams to roll out adoption strategies and feedback loops.

Who You Are

  • 6–8+ years of experience in product-to-market, retail apparel, merchandising, design, or operations.
  • Strong program and project management skills with experience driving execution in cross-functional settings.
  • Excited by AI, advanced analytics, and process innovation as levers for simplifying execution and sparking creativity.
  • A collaborative problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and can build trust with diverse teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; able to distill complex concepts into actionable steps.
