About the Role

As Principal Enterprise Architect – Finance & Procurement, you will lead the architectural strategy, solution design, and roadmap execution across our enterprise Finance and Procurement domains. You will be a key advisor to business and technology leadership, ensuring our systems and initiatives align with company-wide strategies and deliver strong business value.

You’ll work across Financial Operations Planning, Finance Accounting, Financial Reporting, and core transactional processes to modernize legacy environments, drive business process transformation, and guide our evolution toward cloud-native ERP and planning solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Architect End-to-End Solutions across Finance & Procurement domains:
    • Financial Ops Planning: Company, daily ops, commercial, and demand planning
    • Finance Accounting: FP&A design, architecture, and integrations
    • Financial Reporting: Design modern reporting frameworks including FP&A, commercial performance (CP), executive dashboards, and Essbase migration strategies
    • System Modernization: Lead migration from homegrown systems for Inventory Management (COGS), Revenue Accounting, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Drive and evolve the future state architecture for Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle Retail Applications; support solutioning for new business needs and systems enhancements
  • Provide architectural oversight and technology thought leadership across Anaplan (if applicable), integration patterns, data flows, and business process modeling
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, PMO, and Business Leadership to define the transition roadmap and identify dependencies and risks
  • Define reusable architecture patterns, domain models, and reference architectures
  • Support evaluation of vendor solutions, create business cases, and guide procurement for critical systems
  • Influence enterprise governance, promote alignment, and ensure architectural integrity

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of experience in Finance and Procurement transformation programs
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP (Finance, Procurement) and ideally Oracle Retail Financials
  • Strong working knowledge of Anaplan or other planning platforms
  • Experience migrating or replacing homegrown financial systems
  • Proven ability to connect enterprise initiatives with financial system and process impacts
  • Excellent communicator, collaborator, and influencer across business and technology teams
  • Strong understanding of modern data architecture, APIs, and integration with reporting and planning ecosystems
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to present and align architectural vision at senior levels.
  • Proficient in all modules involved in Order-to-Cash (Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, WMS, Inventory, AR, Costing, XLA, GL), Procure-to-Pay (Purchasing, Inventory, WMS, AP, Costing, XLA, GL) or Forecast to Manufacture processes (WIP, Costing, XLA, Inventory) and Financials (FA, CM, GL)

Salary Range: $201,700 - $267,300 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
