About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Sr. Manager of Corporate FP&A that will lead our Procurement Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with financial planning analysis and preferably experience with Procurement. This role is critical in ensuring a consistent approach to value capture and traceability in addition to decision support to our Gap Inc. Procurement team.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare, communicate, and align on cost savings definitions across brands and functions.
  • Deliver Procurement cost savings reporting, highlighting savings across profit and loss statement line items.
  • Support Procurement balanced scorecard, including cost savings tracking, capital savings tracking, growth, service, and compliance.
  • Collaborate and influence Procurement partners to ensure delivery of Annual Operating Plan and LRP targeted savings.
  • Provide inputs on anticipated inflation guidance across categories.
  • Support in-depth category analytics: spend by brand, function, supplier.
  • Provide accounting clarity and decision support based on supplier contract structure.
  • Manage and determine simplification of the Finance approval process.
  • Act as liaison among brands, functions, and corporate finance.
  • Support Procurement and business partner in RFP process, bid evaluations, negotiation strategy development.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving successful financial initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial statements
  • High level of individual accountability and the ability to influence others while maintaining key relationships in the business.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with financial modeling and performance metrics.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to excellence.

Salary Range: $149,600 - $198,200 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
