About the role

TheInventory Management Planner drives the creation, management and execution ofsales and inventory plans, ensuring achievement of division financial goals.

What you'll do

  • Developsdivision, department & class level plans that support market strategy
  • Developtops/down dept/class sales and inventory plans that align with divisionobjectives
  • Developstyle-level sales and inventory plans
  • Ownbottoms-Up financial reconciliation to class/department
  • Informand validate Commercial Plan
  • Ownbusiness recaps (week, month, quarterly) to inform short term and long termfinancial strategies/action plans
  • Leaddemand driven buying efforts
  • OwnOTB and sales and inventory forecasting
  • Recommendand execute in-season pricing strategies
  • Informand influence in-season commercial plan changes
  • Identifyopportunities for process improvement
  • Maintaina collaborative, innovative and results-orientated environment
  • Influencecross functional partners to drive outcomes

Who you are

  • Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4years work experience, preferred
  • Financialand Business Acumen:

    Ability to evaluatefinancial and business indicators and translate data into actionableinformation to drive results; proficiency in retail math
  • ProblemSolving & Decision Quality:

    Able touse rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions
  • Influencing& Negotiation:

    Can present ideas anddirections that lead others to action
  • Systemsand Tools Acumen:

    Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel, and have aptitude to learn technical applications quickly
  • Collaboration:

    Able to build constructive and effectiverelationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners
  • Possessstrong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstratestrong listening, written and oral communication skills
