About the role
We’re looking to expand our team by bringing on a critical role to support the retail marketing production team. The retail marketing team supports all window & instore marketing, propping & displays, point of purchase packaging, and on-garment packaging & labeling.
The primary focus the Associate Manager role will be in managing the day-to-day retail team, vendor, and store needs. Including, but not limited to, maintaining the retail marketing budget, sending marketing distros to vendors, assisting stores with marketing requests, and helping to keep seasonal projects on track.
In this role, you will be responsible for tracking vendor estimates & invoices, cutting PO’s and reconciling all expenses with our finance team on a monthly basis. You will maintain the internal master store distro lists, as well as the vendor facing seasonal distro lists, and will support moving our store attribute information into a new technology platform. You will manage the marketing hotline requests from stores and will work closely with production vendors and store associates to make sure all marketing needs are fulfilled.
Additionally, this role will help support new store openings through ensuring new store surveys are completed and marketing materials are delivered on time. You will be encouraged to stay on top of market trends with regard to material sourcing, testing, and ensuring we are using the most elevated and sustainable materials for our marketing assets.

Who you are
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years in business support, preferably in a retail or print capacity
Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
Detail oriented with strong follow through and problem-solving skills
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects
Have a sense of urgency in managing time and accomplishing tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
Creative and flexible thinker with the ability to react to change
