About the role

INTERMIX is seeking a full-time Assistant Web Producer for our growing online business. This person will play a key role within the Digital organization, supporting both front and back-end aspects of the website to ensure operational excellence and a best in class customer experience.

What you'll do

  • Execute daily/weekly/monthly & ad hoc site content updates to support seasonal campaigns, global marketing initiatives, site testing and personalization initiatives

  • Create coupons, promotions & campaigns in SFCC to support promotional calendar, site testing & personalization initiatives

  • Participate in site QA/UAT for all site releases including bug fixes, scheduled sprint releases, site tagging, analyticseporting, special projects, etc.

  • Support Web Merchandising team with product activations and with creation and maintenance of site-wide product carousels, cross-sells, product recommenders, etc.

  • Troubleshoot various product go-live issues and ensure all PDP “components” are in place (images, copy, inventory, merchandising, cross-sells, etc.)

  • Partner closely with Customer Service team to troubleshoot complex order processing issues and ensure a timely resolution for our customers

  • Monitor front end website for daily issues/bugs + capture feedback from Web Ops/Merch team and submit support tickets accordingly

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Equalivalent work experience, with 1+ years previous Ecommerce experience

  • Sales Force Commerce Cloud experience preferred

  • Ability to work with remote teams across various time zones-flexible work schedule

  • Process driven with a desire to deliver high quality work

  • Operates with a sense of urgency and focus; is able to juggle multiple priorities at once

  • A team player with energy and enthusiasm-works well cross functionally to achieve common goals

  • Technology savvy-can pick up on and adopt new technology/systems quickly

  • Complex problem solver and solutions oriented
