About the role
A role of a Labor Administrator in a Gap Inc. distribution or fulfillment center will have you supporting our engineering team and leaders on campus. You will be conducting audits and reporting for; daily maintenance time, production feeds, schedules, reports for management and identify any potential issues.
What you'll do
Responsible for the daily maintenance of time and production feeds, employee profiles and schedules in Labor Management System.
Generates daily, weekly, monthly production reports and distributes to designated individuals.
Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production reports to management.
Create Productivity Graphs on an individual, department, facility and campus basis.
Monitor process error log and make necessary changes.
Generate coaching reports for management.
Identify potential issues; develop recommendations for improving Labor Management System processes, and work with Operations Manager and Engineering to implement changes.
Who you are
Experience of Outlook, Word, and Excel necessary (MS Access preferred).
Excellent time management; organizational skills; detail oriented.
Ability to work on multiple projects.
Ability to focus on the needs of all customers.
Must be able to work independently or as a team as assigned.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Make accurate and efficient inventory counts and perform basic mathematical calculations.
Able to maintain a positive, professional and constructive tone with team members and management.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
