This holiday season, Gap Inc. is offering customers easy shipping solutions to fit every time crunch. Whether that stocking needs a little extra stuffing, or the family tree needs another gift, our brands’ holiday product, convenient shopping services, and great shipping options make gifting simple.  

Online Shipping 

To receive online orders by Dec. 24, customers shopping across our family of brands should place their orders by Sunday, Dec. 20. Don’t forget that shipping is free with a minimum purchase of $50! Those who need every minute to spare can place orders online by noon PT on Tuesday, Dec. 22 with our holiday shipping offer (at a $22 shipping fee) to be delivered by Christmas Eve.

Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store + Curbside Pickup 

For those who need more time or a quick gift, our stores across the U.S. are offering Buy Online, Pick up In-Store (BOPIS) and contactless Curbside Pickup. Customers can add merchandise to their bag and select BOPIS or Curbside Pickup as their delivery option while shopping online and through our apps. Orders made by 2 p.m. will be ready in two hours or less, making shopping for the ultimate gift quick and convenient. Orders for BOPIS and Curbside Pickup can be placed all the way up until Dec. 24 for pick up. Store hours vary by location, so check out our brands store locator for exact timing. Orders placed on Christmas will be available next day - check confirmation email for details, where available.

To meet our delivery promise to customers this holiday season, our teams have been working closely with our parcel partners for months to prepare for the heightened e-commerce demand during this unique holiday season. Thanks to the trust and transparency of our partners, we’ve been able to build a strategy with capacity constraints in mind leveraging our full network of carriers in order to meet our customers wherever they want to shop. Part of that strategic plan includes dynamically pausing store pickups – a move that allows us to manage capacity limits and meet customer expectations. 

And we’re happy to report that the plan is working.
