Gap Inc.

May 8, 2020

As communities around the world make moves to reemerge and reopen amid the coronavirus pandemic, one thing is certain; wearing face masks will become the new normal.

Gap Inc. has already responded to the call to action by sourcing millions of masks and other personal protective equipment to the healthcare community, and now brands are responding to the demand from consumers who are trying to safely and responsibly restart their daily lives by producing masks for everyday use. Our brands are also giving back, providing 200,000 masks for community organizations and raising money for causes with the greatest need.

Here are some details of the first masks being offered by the Gap Inc. family of brands as we ramp up production of face masks, each speaking to customer needs in their own way. This is just the beginning of how we’re supporting the communities where we live, work and do more than sell clothes.
