At Gap Inc. we know it’s our responsibility to use our impact for good. In 2019, we supported hundreds of youth with on-the-job training programs and first jobs, and thousands of women around the world with leadership and life skills that will help them advance in the workplace and in their personal lives. We scaled our efforts to become more sustainable across our business and made great strides towards our environmental goals. Each of our brands contributed to efforts that change lives, and our employees volunteered 355,000 hours of their time and talents to the causes they champion. We couldn’t be more proud!
