Meet Sasha Cramer, Senior District Manager of Las Vegas. Not only has Sasha spent her entire 29-year career at Gap Inc., she has a knack for developing talent and delivering results that are consistently at the top of our fleet.

WHAT LED YOU TO RETAIL: I had a small shopping "problem" and my parents “encouraged” me to get a job where I could get a discount, stay on trend and pay for my own clothes. Since then, I have worked for Gap, BR and, the last three years – Old Navy. I'm proud to say I've been with one company my entire career. 

WHAT LED YOU TO OLD NAVY: I wanted to work for an organization that was growing, profitable, innovative, sells product that appeals to everyone and is a true family brand, and Old Navy had it all!

YOUR GOAL FOR THE REST OF 2019: To inspire happiness, motivate our teams to deliver and be the best leader I can be! And, of course, drive top notch results - who doesn’t want to be #1?!

BEST PART ABOUT YOUR TEAM: They all love this company and have so much pride in their work. I love their competitive spirit and commitment to the brand. 

WHAT MAKES A #GREATBOSS: Paying forward the gifts that have been given to you as a leader. The most rewarding part of what I do is seeing my team achieve their career aspirations, and I want nothing more than to guide their journey. 

FAVORITE PIECE OF ADVICE: Always act like you are in the role you want to be and, without fail, that role will become your future.
